You can return items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@pensacola-fc.com and send your item to the return address provided.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in the original packaging. Items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and not damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item received is not in its original condition or outside the return period.

Please note, clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Shipping Costs

Exchange shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
